These terms explain the rules for using my portfolio website and working with me on design projects.

1. Introduction

Welcome to the portfolio of Rabiudeen S, working as rbds (“I,” “me,” “my”). By accessing and using this website (the “Website”) or my design services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Services

I offer brand design services, including naming, brand identity, logo design, packaging, e-commerce visuals, social media design, and websites. The scope, timeline, and fees for each project are agreed in writing before work begins, and my services may change from time to time.

3. User Responsibilities

By using this Website, you agree that you will not:

Use the Website or my services for any unlawful purpose.
Infringe on anyone’s intellectual property rights.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or modify the Website.
Copy, download, or reuse my designs or content without permission.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are made as set out in the project proposal or agreement, usually with a deposit before work begins.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Late payments may delay the project or pause work until payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

I keep ownership of all concepts and design work until the final payment is received.
Once paid in full, clients receive the rights to the final design as set out in the project agreement. Unused concepts remain mine.
Client work shown on this Website is for portfolio purposes only; all brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for any indirect damages, including lost profits or data, arising from the use of this Website or my services. I do my best to keep the Website accurate and available, but I can’t guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Termination

I may suspend or end access to the Website or my services if these Terms are broken. Either party may end a project as set out in the project agreement.

8. Changes to These Terms
